This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 337215, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requires a quantity of three - 6' x 6' SVC Series VocalBooth Sound Isolation Booth's or an equal product. This is a name brand or equal solicitation. Acceptable product will meet the following criteria: • 6 x 6 Sound Isolation Booth o Door Specifications ?36-inch ADA Door Right Hinge w/ Ramp ?Non-breakable Door Window ?Locking Door Handle o Ceiling Mounted Ventilation o Secure video electronics cabinet o Custom Cable Port Placement at Monitor Location Quotes should include all crating or handling fees and charge for inside delivery and assembly service at Essex County Correctional Facility. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Attachment A, Purchase Order Clauses, also apply.
