The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), proposes to enter into a contract action on behalf of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) on a basis of other than full and open competition. OAQ intends to procure, on a sole source basis, access to anationwide query-based License Plate Reader (LPR) database for ICE users by executing a contract modification to extend the period of performance of an existing ICE contract.This action is being taken pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.501.
