In accordance with attachment statement of work. Amendment #1 Solicitation #70BF7021Q00000009 is hereby updated to reflect the following: 1. SOW attachment A is changed from 9 pages to 3 pages to allow proper pricing to attachment B. 2. Attachment B has been updated with proper CLIN numbering and alignment to CMS item deliverables to designated DC's. 3. Attachment C has been updated with POC information for each DC. 4. Please find answers to the questions that were submitted. Amendment #2 This solicitation is hereby amended to state the below: Please provided unit pricing according to the attachment B along with a grand total. This solcitation requires all offerors to provide pricing on attachment B. Please provide all questions by 6:00PM EST on 3/11/2021. No phone calls will be accepted.
