CBP is seeking a controlled UAS platform requirement, anticipated as an SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS 336411 and PSC 1550. Because the requirement involves sensitive law enforcement operational information, the full solicitation package, Statement of Work, technical attachments, and supporting documentation will not be posted publicly on SAM.gov; eligible SDVOSB vendors may request access from the Contracting Officer. To be considered, vendors must be active in SAM.gov, be an eligible SDVOSB, demonstrate apparent capability, execute DHS Form 11000-6 (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and initial the Other SBU category, limit access to need-to-know personnel, and agree not to reproduce or disseminate materials without prior written approval. Access requests should be emailed to Shaun G. Saad and include company legal name, UEI, CAGE code, SAM registration confirmation, SDVOSB certification/status, point-of-contact details, a brief capability statement covering relevant UAS platform/integration/testing/training/support experience, and confirmation of willingness to execute the DHS NDA and comply with controlled document handling restrictions. CBP will review each request and determine whether release is appropriate; access is not guaranteed, the Government will not reimburse costs, and materials may include SBU/LES information.
