Medical Support Services for CBP (including medical exams, fitness for duty, drug testing, and related services)
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection seeks a contractor to provide nationwide and select international medical support services, including fitness-for-duty evaluations, pre-employment exams, and drug testing. The contract is a five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a minimum order value of $500,000. Services must be performed within a 60-mile radius of employee or candidate locations across the U.S. and internationally. The requirement involves high-volume processing, historically exceeding 40,000 exams and 45,000 drug tests annually. Proposals will be evaluated in a two-phase process, with the technical approach being the most important factor for a best-value award.
