This requirement is for rapport-based interviewing training support services for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, to be performed at the Advanced Training Center in Harpers Ferry, WV. The contract is structured as a base year plus four one-year options, with the potential for up to 24 training sessions per year dependent on fiscal year funding. The work requires providing role-players with specific acting skills and cultural backgrounds, including Latin American, South Asian, East Asian, and/or Middle Eastern. Four role players are needed for each training session.
