The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit quotes in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) 70B06C25Q00000071 for Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) handheld spray devices for the Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance (LESC) Directorate. The Government anticipates making a single firm, fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract award resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated contract will be issued with a period of performance of five (5) years. The solicitation will be issued as FAR 13 competitive, small business set aside.
