The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit proposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C24R00000036 for Ballistic Plate Armor. The Government intends to make a single indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award resulting from this solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to make additional awards if it will be in the Government’s best interest. The anticipated contract will be issued with a five (5) year ordering period. All items are defined in the statement of work (SOW), which will be included with the RFP. The RFP will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
