The original response answered in the affirmative that the Government require at least one prior experience to be one in which the prime offeror partnered with a proposed subcontractor. After further consideration of the question and reviewing the original solicitation instructions, CBP is emphasizing experience with teaming arrangements with proposed partners, but CBP does not require that stated experience(s) include proposed partners who previously worked with the offeror as part of the experience cited. However, if proposing a teaming arrangement, the offeror does need to include prior at least one experience sample to include prior teaming arrangements, if any. This does not result in any change to the RFP documents. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) 70B06C24R00000019 for Office of Trade (OT) P... The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) 70B06C24R00000019 for Office of Trade (OT) Professional Workforce Support Services (PWSS). The Government anticipates making a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated contract will be issued with a period of performance of five (5) years. All services are detailed in the Statement of Work, which will be included with the RFP. The RFP will be issued as FAR 15 competitive, set aside exclusively for small business. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services). The SBA size standard is $24.5M. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about May 7, 2024. Potential offerors MUST register at SAM.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
