This attachment incorrectly list the submission deadline for questionnaires as 4:00PM ET July 3, 2024. The correct date and time past performance questionnaires need to be submitted to the Contracting Officer is the Request for Quote (RFQ) submission due date and time of 2:00PM ET August 2, 2024. A corrected 2.1.1 70B06C24Q00000167 Attachment 4- Past Performance Questionnaire.docx is provided as part of this amendment. So as to not require past performance questionnaire submitters from having to re-submit, the Government will continue to accept past performance questionnaires posted with the original solicitation showing the incorrect date, however, they shall be submitted not later than 2:00 PM ET, August 2, 2024. There are four (4) changes to the solicitation based on the Government's response to questions posed. All changes are summarized in 2.5.1 70B06C24Q00000167 A00001 Question & Answer.xlsx, Column E, and reflected in 2.5.1 70B06C24Q00000167 A00001 included as part of this amendment. There is no extension to the deadline for submission of quotes. ****End of Amendment A0001**** This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is for specialty service rifle ammunition to support the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Law Enforecement Safety Compliance (LESC) Directorate. Attached is RFQ 70B06C24Q00000167 along with four (4) attachments referenced therein. Quote instructions can be found in Section III.1 and evaluation factors can be found in Section III.2 of the RFQ document. Note the question due date of 10:00am ET June 10, 2024. Note the quote due date of 2:00pm ET August 2, 2024. Due to end of Fiscal Year 2024 workload , to include evaluation of quotes and samples for this requirement, CBP will not consider extension of the quote due date.
