NOTE: This is a total small business set-aside. CBP will determine vendor's small business designation from vendor's SAM report. The report must identified vendor as Small Business under NAICS code 112990 or vendor will not be eligible for award. Canines are due to the designated Canine Center No-later-than 8/30/2019.
