It will be effective on June 8, 2021. Please see the attachment titled Limited Sources Justification - CSPD for additional information. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Dear Interested Parties, Thank you for your consideration of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) forthcoming procurement titled Cargo Systems Application Development and Operations and Maintenance Support. The purpose of this Task order is to obtain application development and architecture and engineering support services for the Cargo Systems Program Directorate (CSPD) to develop and support cargo systems applications.
