The contractor will provide all personnel, management, supervision, tools, materials, and other resources needed to support the build-out, integration, and operation of OIT’s Infrastructure and Support Services Operational Technology Operations Center. The scope includes network operations, cybersecurity operations, helpdesk/call-center support, and deployment and sustainment of the Watchtower Mobile Device Management platform for operational technology assets.
