The objective of this posting is to provide the Government's written notice of its intent of informing industry of issuing a task order to Deloitte Consulting LLC (Deloitte) pursuant to 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A);an urgent and compelling need exists, and following the procedures would result in unacceptable delays. CBP intends to modify an existing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order (TO) to Deloitte Consulting, LLC (Deloitte) against CBP’s Enterprise Business Management Support Services (EBMSS) multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awarded under the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a), Limiting Sources. The planned modification will deliver critical data analytics services in support of the Unified Immigration Portal (UIP). In response to the Southwest Border Surge and Operation Allied Refugees (OAR), CBP requires timely information and analytics to address the complex immigration landscape with various components within DHS, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and Department of Justice. The services to be delivered under the proposed action include the continued development effort of the original award to reach architectural maturity and Full Operational Capability (FOC), as well as continued modular-level development support to deliver system features responsive to the above-cited, urgent mission priorities.
