This combined synopsis/solicitation is 100% set aside for HUBZone small businesses and covers security systems repairs and maintenance in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The resulting purchase order will have a one-year base period of performance from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027. Award will be based on best value, with technical capability and past performance combined more important than price. Quoters must submit a technical capability statement not exceeding 20 pages, and price quotes will be requested later from the highest-rated vendors. Invoicing will be monthly in arrears via IPP, and the selected awardee must maintain active SAM registration throughout the contract period.
