This procurement is for grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ice removal services. A non-mandatory site visit will be scheduled for interested potential offerors. The government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract based on a Best Value Trade Off process, which may result in an award to other than the lowest-priced or highest technically rated offer. Quotations must be submitted as three separate, specific documents, including a technical explanation, a completed pricing matrix, and a signed copy of the solicitation form. The quotation must be sent via email and the total file size must not exceed 5 megabytes.
