Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This procurement is for grounds maintenance and pest control services. The period of performance is from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with a one-year option through May 31, 2028. Quotations must be submitted as three separate documents via email, with a total file size not exceeding 5 megabytes. The government intends to award based on a Best Value Trade Off, which may result in an award to other than the lowest-priced or highest technically rated offer.
