Detainees will be transferred by United States Border Patrol to any of the following counties: Albany County, NY; Clinton County, NY; Franklin County, NY; Montgomery County, NY; Rensselaer County, NY; Schenectady County, NY; Coos County, NH and Vermont Department of Corrections, VT.
