This procurement is for precision scales and installation in accordance with the request for quotation (RFQ) and the statement of work (SOW). Supplier quotations will be provided in two separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size. The two parts, as separate documents, are: 1) Price and delivery, and 2) Technical Quotation a) Product Description (aka Tear Sheet, aka Specification Sheet) of the items and services being quoted. In order to document compliance with FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), your quotation response must include your organization's unique entity identifier (UEI) from www.SAM.gov. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The offeror’s initial proposal should contain the offeror’s best price and delivery, plus include a complete and concise technical quotation. Please provide your quotation by 7-7-2025 at 3 PM MST.
