U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, Spokane Sector, requires four brand-name solid oxide fuel cells and filter kits. To enable integration into its existing systems, the following make, model, and part numbers are required: Manufacturer: Edge Autonomy Energy Systems Model.: Energy Performer Series – P250i Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Power System Part No. (fuel cells): P250i-4003 Part No. (filter kits): 90187A-SK01 The fuel cells shall be delivered to the following address within 8 weeks after receipt of order: U.S. Customs and Border Protection U.S. Border Patrol, Spokane Sector 10710 N Newport Hwy Spokane, WA 99218 A Request for Quotations (RFQ) is expected to be issued on or about September 6, 2024, with an estimated closing date of September 12, 2024. The RFQ will be issued on an unrestricted basis under NAICS code 335999 - All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. The corresponding size standard is 600 employees. The RFQ will be made available through SAM. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about September 19, 2024. No sustainable acquisition requirements apply. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the solicitation closing date. Interested vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
