It now refers to Section “4.5.2” vice “4.4.” Revised documents and Q&A are attached: (1) 70B03C24Q00000219 Form A00001 (2) Amendment A00001 SOW FINAL JOINT BUFFALO RANGE BPA (3) 70B03C24Q00000219 Amendment A00001 Q&A ORIGINAL RFQ This procurement will be conducted as a commercial acquisition, competed on a full-and-open basis in accordance with the procedures in Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO), Buffalo Field Office (BFO), Area Port of Buffalo-Niagara, NY, has an immediate requirement for use of a weapon firing range located in the Buffalo-Niagara metro area for up to nine (9) offices within various components of DHS. The location of the Contractor's firing range facility shall be within a 35-mile radius of 726 Exchange Street, SUite 400 Buffalo, New York 14210. The Government contemplates awarding one or more BPAs. The vendor shall submit electronic copies of the written quotation via email to aga.frys@cbp.dhs.gov by the closing date of the solicitation – July 10, 2024 at 11 AM ET.
