All qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. The resulting award will be awarded to the offeror who provides the Best Value to the Government in compliance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ requires the essential requirements of Wireless Internet Access needed by Customs and Border Protection, Newport Border Patrol Sations (NVB), 10 site locations as specified by the SOW. Please review SOW for required needs. Factor 1 – Ability to deliver specifications of the statement of work, reliability of equipment, and warranties, Factor 2 - Past Performance and technical / field support and Factor 3 -Price/Cost.
