Fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment. Blanket Purchase Agreement in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and Statement of Work. The number of canines to be kenneled will be five (5) canines. The number of canines is subject to change according to the demands if the services and/or emergency situations. Site destination shall be located no more than twenty (20) miles, or less than once (1) hours travel time. Twenty-four-hour access to the parking area is required.
