This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol, Program Management Office Directorate, Subterranean Portfolio, Unattended Ground Sensor Program. The requirement will be referred to as the “Small Off Road Trailer” for brevity. All applicable requirements are outlined in Attachment D – Statement of Work (SOW). As a result of this RFQ and in accordance with FAR 13.303, the Government intends to enter into a single-award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the successful offeror. Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders (TO) will be issued against the BPA as required by CBP and the nature of its mission requirements.
