Minimum requirements include a guarded indoor firing range facility with 25-yard shooting area, private classroom to fit 12 students, ample parking spaces, day and afternoon shift availability and access, sufficient heating and cooling of facility and restroom facilities. Location firing range shall be within a 25-mile radius of 726 Exchange Street, Buffalo, New York 14210.
