This procurement shall be Open Market, Small Business Set-Aside. The resulting award resulting in a period of performance of five (5) years to the offerors who provides the Best Value and Facility Capacity. Site destination shall be located no more than seventy-five (75) miles or no more than one and a half (1.5) hours travel time to locations sited on the Statement of Work. The current requirement is for eight (8) canines; however, this number may fluctuate depending on the requirements of the work, and the quantity of canines may increase or decrease over the duration of the service period. Offerors must be able to provide services as stated in the attached Statement of Work and Request for Quote.
