This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. (2) The solicitation number is 70B03C22R00000087 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The attached document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519190 with a small business size standard of 27.5M. (3) This procurement shall be full and open competition. All qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. (4) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), intends to award a contract for the procurement of a broad range of intelligence and related data-driven risk management solutions to enable the National Targeting Center, Cargo Division (NTC-CD) and CBP Office of Trade (OT) to conduct tactical targeting. See attached Statement of Work (SOW). It is required that all contractors submitting a proposal review the attached applicable documents to review all requirements to include place of performance, period of performance including options, and all information relating to proposal submittal.
