U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, El Centro Sector has a requirement for the rental and servicing of portable toilets and hand-washing stations. The locations, quantities, and a brief description of the requirements are provided below: Location 1: El Centro Station 221 W. Aten Rd. Imperial, CA 92251 Requirement: Ten (10) standard portable toilets and nine (9) hand-washing stations. Service is required five days per week. Location 2: Indio Station 83-801 Vin Deo Circle Indio, CA 92201 Requirement: Two (2) ADA-compliant portable toilets and two (2) hand-washing stations. Service is required three days per week. Services include delivery and installation, removal at the end of the contract, cleaning, waste removal, providing and replenishing consumable supplies, and responding to incidents such as tip-overs. The period of performance is expected to include a base year of 09/12/2022-09/11/2023 and a two-month option period of 09/12/2023-11/11/2023. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 19, 2022. The RFQ will be issued as a total small business set-aside. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about September 6, 2022. The applicable NAICS code is 562991- Septic Tank and Related Services. The corresponding size standard is $8 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
