The contractor's veterinarian facility shall be located within 20 miles of the San Franciso International Airport located at: San Francisco International Airport Terminal G San Francisco, CA 94128 This will be a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of one base year and four option years. The base year period of performance is September 15, 2021 through August 31, 2022. The entire term of the contract, including options, is September 15, 2021 through August 31, 2026. This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This RFQ is issued on an unrestricted basis. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about September 6, 2021. Award will be made on a best value basis using a tradeoff process. Evaluation factors include price, proximity to the San Franciso airport, the number of on-site veterinarians, past performance, relevant experience, American Animal Hospital Association accreditation, business hours, and on-site parking. The applicable NAICS code is 541940 - Veterinary Services. The corresponding size standard is $8 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov by the due date for quotes.
