This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70B03C21Q00000114, and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541930. This requirement is a total small business set-aside with a small business size standard of $8.0 million average annual receipts. The US Customs and Border Protection intends to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to fulfill this requirement; however, the Government reserves the right to not award any BPA and does not guarantee any order placements. The resultant BPA award will be two (2) years in duration. The fixed price per service will be determined based on a breakdown of all costs of the services provided and any resultant orders. The Government anticipates award of a BPA within 15 days of receipt of quotes. The Government is obligated only to the extent of the authorized purchases made under the BPA. All qualified offerors may submit bids. The Government anticipates a single award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Language Interpretation services as a result of this request for quote. Eligibility: All prospective offerors must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be actively registered in the beta.sam.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) and must have valid Representations and Certifications, which is also updated via the beta.sam.gov website. Submission Instructions: 1. Offerors must submit their proposal in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, and applicable clauses, additional details listed within the Request for Quote, with 1. Technical, 2. Past Performance-prior experience. 3 Pricing information. This information is REQUIRED in order for a sellers bid to be deemed 'responsive' and to be considered for award. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. Questions: Interested offerors must submit questions concerning the solicitation no later than 3 calendar days after the solicitation is released by 4:00pm E.S.T. This will allow the Government to respond timely to questions prior to expiration of the solicitation. Questions received after the deadline will not be considered.
