U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit offers to Request for Proposal (RFP) 70B03C20R00000117 for MULTI-ENERGY PORTAL (MEP) System for Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs & Border Protection (CBP) locations nationwide. 70B03C20R00000117 is scheduled to be issued on, or about, June 16, 2020. This requirement will be procured as a Full and Open Competition. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure MULTI-ENERGY PORTAL (MEP) Systems used by CBP Officers and Agents. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation in its entirety if price savings cannot be reasonably achieved and funding becomes un-available. The requirement will result in a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract against which individual delivery orders will be placed. All items will be in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) and RFP that will be provided at time of solicitation issuance. The awarded contract will be for a 12 month base period with four, 12 month option periods from date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334517.
