PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS This procurement is for compact, self-contained, cellular and Wi-Fi enabled Imaging Unattended Ground Sensors (I-UGS) and supporting equipment in accordance with the request for quotation (RFQ), which includes the Statement of Work (PWS). All questions must be received at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov by 9 AM MST on 9-4-2020. Please submit your quotation to kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov, subject: “RFQ 70B03C20Q0318-A01 [supplier name] Quotation”.Supplier proposals will be sent to Contracting Officer Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size. The proposal documents will include: 1) Signed solicitation form, 2) Completed Pricing Matrix (as Excel spreadsheet), 3) product descriptions (aka "Tear Sheets") for all products and 4) contact data for past contracts or customers within the last 5 years (up to 3). The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without deliberations with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR). Therefore, the offeror’s initial quotation should contain the offeror’s best price and delivery and complete, concise product descriptions. The Government reserves the right to conduct deliberations if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary.
