All offerors must sign and return 1) STANDARD FORM 30, and 2) STANDARD FORM 1449 with their quotation. -KwH This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Delivery Terms: FOB Destination. QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS This procurement is for automotive parts and related services in accordance with the request for quotation (RFQ), which includes the performance work statement (PWS). Supplier proposals will be sent to Contracting Officer Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size. The quotation documents (See Provision III.8 of RFQ) will include: 1) Signed SF 1449, 2) Pricing Matrix, 3) PWS narrative, 4) product descriptions and 5) past contract and customer contact data. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR). Therefore, the offeror’s initial proposal should contain the offeror’s best price and delivery and a complete, concise product narrative. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The anticipated period of performance, if awarded, shall be September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2025.
