All qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments as results of questions or changes. The resulting contract shall be awarded to the offeror who provides the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Site destination shall be located thirty (30) miles or less of the canine’s work site. Twenty-four hour access to the parking area is required. The canines work address is: US Customs and Border Protection Newark Liberty International Airport, Terminal B Newark, NJ 07114. The purpose of this procurement action is to procure Kenneling Services on an as-needed, daily basis in Newark, NJ with a responsible contractor. The current requirement is for eight (8) dogs; however, this number may fluctuate depending on the requirements of the work, and the quantity of dogs may increase or decrease over the duration of the service period.
