May 21, 2019: This procurement is for package meal items in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) 70B03C19R0068 which includes the statement of work (SOW). Supplier quotations will be provided in two separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size. Pricing must be submitted via provided spreadsheet. The proposal documents (See Provision L.10 of RFP) will include: 1) Signed SF 1449, 2) Pricing Matrix, 3) Sow narrative, 4) product descriptions and 5) past contract and customer contact data. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR). Therefore, the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best price and delivery, plus give complete and concise descriptions of the product (packaged meal items). The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business per NAICS 311412, 1,250 Employees. Delivery Terms are FOB Destination. The anticipated period of performance, if awarded, shall be: Base Year: September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020 Option Year 1: September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021 Option Year 2: September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022 Option Year 3: September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023 Option Year 4: September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024
