This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation s are being requested, and another written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 713990, with a small business size standard of $7.5M. Award shall be made to the quoter whose quote is the lowest priced and technically acceptable in according with the performance work statement, attachment B. Please include deliverables 1-5 listed in Section 5 of PWS with quote. Award will be made without discussions.
