April 3, 2024: Posted Government responses to questions This RFI seeks to obtain information on updated costs for the installation of Persistent Surveillance Detection (PSD) systems. Costs would be divided into two categories 1) the extension of a currently installed system in mile increments, 2) the full installation of a PSD system in a new location in two and/or four increments. Each estimate shall include, training costs, network integration, information assurance security costs, and any relevant information deemed appropriate. The offerings should meet a desired minimum threshold requested by CBP to meet operational requirements.
