This is an 8(a) set-aside contract for maintenance, repair, and improvement services for tactical infrastructure assets in the Tucson Sector, Arizona. Services include roads, fences, gates, vegetation control, debris removal, lighting, drainage, and tunnel remediation. The contract is a single award, 5-year agreement with two execution tiers: scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Unscheduled work exceeding $750,000 will not be performed under this contract. Performance will take place within the existing tactical infrastructure footprint in Tucson, Arizona.
