This is a pre-solicitation notice of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirement for Tactical Infrastructre Maintenance along the international border in the Del Rio/Big Bend South, Laredo, and Rio Grande Valley Sectors. This is not a request for proposals - do not submit a proposal at this time. This notice will be updated with the official RFP at a later date at which time proposals may be submitted. The anticipated performance period is for one base year with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The Government conducted mandatory site visits April 15 - 17 (SAM Special Notice 20147407). It is mandatory that prospecive offerors attended the site visits in order to be considered for contract award. Draft RFP documents are attached to this notice. The attached documents are not finalized and subsequent RFP documents may differ from the attached draft documents.
