The Government originally awarded this labor-hour order to Centerra Group LLC. This extension is issued under authority FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(A) and FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C). This procurement action is for continued Armed Facility Guard services. The period of performance for this extension is December 12, 2024 through November 11, 2025. The total ceiling price is increased by this extension by $6,000,000.00 to a revised ceiling price of $49,199,659.40.
