REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: To satisfy the USBP Spokane requirements, The contractor shall construct, engrave, deliver, and assemble/install one (1) engraved fallen agent monument to the U.S. Border Patrol Spokane Sector: Monument Specifications: The Material to be black granite. Base of monument: 60” L x 20” D x 7” H and have a rough front finish. Body of monument to be large enough to accommodate logo, dedication, 18 rows and 9 columns of names and dates (this will include approximately 3 blank rows). Prefer top to be rough finish. Body of monument to have a slightly slanted front. Engraving Specifications Monument to be engraved with the U.S. Border Patrol logo, dedication, and names and End of Watch dates of fallen agents. Logo: will be 7” in diameter. To be positioned on the top center of monument. Dedication: “In Memory Of Those Who Gave Their Lives” to be centered below logo. Dedication to be 1” high. Font of dedication to be Lucinda Calligraphy or similar (see above for sample of font). Names and End of Watch dates of fallen agents – In order of End of Watch Date. Attachment E: Height to be approximately 1” for both. Font to be Arial Narrow or similar. Dates to be engraved directly below name. Names and dates to be centered within each column and will be considered 1 row (see Attachment D for sample of name and date placement and font).
