Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to establish a contract for seizure services (pre and post consignment), receipt, towing, photographing, storage, custody, inventory, Seized Asset and Case Tracking System (SEACATS) entry, and disposition of seized and forfeited vehicles in the Southwest Border States. This can include repair work and services such as making recall repairs, opening, or removing hidden compartments, dropping, and replacing of fuel tanks and inspections. The proposed contract will be issued to cover a seven (7) year period with a base and six (6) one-year options. This posting constitutes the pre-solicitation notice for this requirement. The final solicitation package will be issued on/around 11 June 2021. The solicitation will be included as part of this solicitation notice. (Note: This solicitation will be evaluated on a “Best Value” basis.) The final solicitation package will be issued on a total small business set-aside (100%) basis. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS code is 493110 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
