The USCG Office of Contract Operations is requesting a quote to have thirty-eight (38) pieces of artwork professionally framed. The contractor will also be required to digitally photograph the art for inclusion into several USCG databases. A detailed description of the requirements is described on the attached Statement of Work (SOW).. The contracting Officer is looking for vendors in the District of Columbia, Maryland. and Virginia areas. Contracting Specialist: Domingo Cruz, domingo.cruz2@uscg.mil; (202) 475-3732. Basis for Award/Quote Evaluation: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for this requirement. Award will be made based after review of your quotation. The quotes received will be evaluated based on the following: (1) Technical Capability The Government will evaluate the Offeror's quote to determine if it demonstrates an understanding of the requirements outlined and its capability to meet or exceed the government's requirements as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). 2) Responsibility The government will evaluate ALL prospective offerors for responsibility, as determined by an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) record. Those who provide quotes but are not listed in SAM shall be considered technically unacceptable and not eligible for award. (3) Price The Government will evaluate the price to determine the lowest priced quote. Price quote should be based on Contractor’s price to the public or GSA schedule pricing if applicable. Contractor is encouraged to provide discount. Period of Performance The contractor shall deliver files and glossy prints no later than April 30, 2023 and the framed no later than May 15, 2023.
