Pursuant to the authority granted by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) Project Resident Office (PRO) intends to issue a purchase order to Dukenheimer LLC dba Anytime Fitness Harahan for the fitness services for Active-Duty Military Readiness from September 28, 2023 to September 27, 2028. Dukenheimer LLC dba Anytime Fitness Harahan is working with the Coast Guard to secure fitness facility space and equipment needed to meet requirements set forth by Commandant Policies outlined in Coast Guard Health Promotion Manual COMDTINST M6200.1 (series) to ensure that Active-Duty personnel are allowed a minimum of three hours per week during the workday to carry out activities outlined in the member's Personal Fitness Plan. The WCC PRO is split between two locations: Elmwood, LA and Lockport, LA. Anytime Fitness Facilities are the only fitness clubs located within a reasonable commuting distance of both WCC PRO locations. NO SOLICITATION IS BEING REQUESTED. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, pursuant to FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements must be received within the time set forth in this announcement to be considered by the Government.
