Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside contract to inspect, repair, and return US Coast Guard foul weather gear, including parkas, trousers, and liner jackets. The work will be performed for the USCG Training Center in Cape May. The award will be based on a best-value evaluation of Technical Approach, Past Performance, Quality Control and Inventory Management, and price, with a firm-fixed-price contract anticipated. Quotations must be submitted via email and must include four separate volumes covering price, technical approach, past performance, and a quality control plan. Invoices must be submitted through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system.
