We are unable to provide hot water (during the winter with temperatures dropping below freezing) in our barrack which houses 150 recruits. The water heaters need to be replaced to allow us to provide hot water services. There are critical health and wellbeing concerns for our members as they do not have the basic necessity of hot water for hygienic needs.
