The US Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to AT&T Enterprises, LLC for wired internet services, as AT&T is deemed the only available provider capable of meeting the requirements at that location. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties who believe they can perform the requirement may submit a capability statement for government consideration. Any such statement must be submitted by January 9, 2026. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding.
