This is a small-business set-aside request for quotation for 13,333 Wiley-EPIC DiSC Credits (Product W-800). Services are for the Leadership Development Center at 37 Mohegan Avenue, New London, CT 06320. The successful offeror must allocate the credits to the existing USCG-LDC administrator account within 5 business days after award and provide standard support with responses to Government requests within 1 business day. Award will be a firm-fixed-price contract based on lowest-priced technically acceptable criteria, and offerors must hold their prices firm for 30 calendar days.
