NOTE: Preference 19.502-2 Total small business | If no acceptable offers from responsible small business concerns are received, the set-aside shall be withdrawn and all acceptable offers will be accepted. ***Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered*** The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and training to replace Gear Box and Coupler in cooling tower #2 at the Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT as detailed in the attached Scope of Work Contractor Qualifications and Personnel Requirements: The contractor shall provide manufacturer certified installers and trainers in the performance of this work. The contractor shall provide a primary point of contact to include a phone number and email address. All work performed by the contractor is subject to inspection and acceptance by the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) during and after the completion of each visit. Unsatisfactory work shall be corrected at no additional cost to the government.
