This is a Firm-fixed-price contract, IAW FAR 16.202, the contract is obligated to complete specified work in order to be entitled to payment of the fixed-price | ***This is NOT a T&M or firm-fixed-price, level-of-effort term contract (FFP LOE)*** The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, supervision and technical support services for its primary focus of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for the Coast Guard Academy and its Electrical Engineering (EE) and Cyber Systems (CYS) majors. All work must be done IAW the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Base Plus Four (04) Option Years with Period of Performance as follows: Base Yr. 9/11/2022 to 9/10/2023 Option Yr. 1 9/11/2023 to 9/102024 Option Yr. 2 9/11/2024 to 9/10/2025 Option Yr. 3 9/11/2025 to 9/10/2026 Option Yr. 4 9/11/2026 to 9/10/2027 The Government will award a contract on the basis of "Best Value Evaluation" with the following technical evaluation factors which will be weighted equal to and or greater than price.
